Pick up and Delivery Information

Australia Wide Delivery

Kayell Australia offers a range of delivery options, including pick up, same day courier or overnight delivery for Metro customers for most capital cities, please contact us for more specific delivery time frames.

Sydney and Melbourne Customers:

Same Day Courier. We can offer VIP and STD same day courier services for Sydney and Melbourne Metro customers. Cost varies depending on the delivery suburb, urgency and the amount of equipment required.

Pick Up: Customers can pick up equipment from our Sydney showroom in Artarmon and our Melbourne Showroom in Collingwood, Please ensure we have made contact with you before trying to pick up your hire.

Overnight Delivery: Our overnight deliveries are shipped from either Sydney or Melbourne. Kayell Australia cannot accept any liability, consequential or otherwise, for any delay in transit causing late arrival of any equipment.

Transfers: Its important to note that when you select equipment if you choose equipment that is located in more than one location and we will be required to transfer goods to complete your hire, a transfer fee may be charged. This will mainly apply for large bulky or heavy equipment, check your confirmation email to see if you are being asked to pay for a transfer.

Dangerous Goods Deliveries
It’s important to know that we are unable to deliver items, which includes Lithium Ion Batteries via airfreight. Please allow extra time for road freight if this is the case.
